courteous, and professional manner

- Volunteers, Staff and Board Members
of the Center will adhere to the Codes
of Conduct and the Bill of Rights
As a person utilizing the
Center, its programs or services you:
- Will be asked to fill out
demographic information sheets
- May be asked to donate time, talent
or financial resources
- May provide feedback or
suggestions
- Must follow the Center’s

Conduct and the Bill of Rights
To ensure the safe and
effective delivery of services the
Center reserves the right to refuse
service to anyone.
