Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is comprised of 15 volunteers who represent the LGBT Community and Allies in Silicon Valley. Each Board Member serves a term of two years. The Board elects the Executive Committee each September for a one-year term beginning in October. Board elections take place at the Billy DeFrank Center during the Annual Membership Meeting in September. The Board is charged with fund development, policy oversight and positive visibility for the agency.
