The DeFrank Center is proud to have Aejaie Sellers as its executive director. Ms. Sellers draws upon 12 years of experience in key areas such as strategic planning, financial management, program development and implementation, fundraising and grant writing, and non-profit governance. Previously, Ms. Sellers founded and served as the executive director for Transitional Services for Youth & Families in Burlington, Vermont. During her six year tenure, Ms. Sellers expanded the organization from a start-up to an organization with a $600k budget, secured $1.5 million in both public and private funding, and expanded the reach of the organization by partnering with various local, regional, and state level agencies.

Most recently, Ms. Sellers served as the executive director for Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) in Monterey, California.
