The DeFrank Center offers a wide variety of free or low-cost social activities, groups, counseling services, seniors, adult, youth and family programs.

How to Participate
All groups are drop-in meetings, so you are welcome to come at any time. Contact information has been provided if you would like to contact the facilitators before coming to a group.
