Volunteer Position: Information and Referral Volunteer
Description	As an Information and Referral volunteer you will greet and assist visitors to the DeFrank Center, answer phones, search our database for information and give referrals to callers and walk-ins, assist in providing security, accept donations, assist groups with room scheduling, data input, and help prepare for daily meeting and programs.
Type of Commitment	6-months to 1-year minimum, no maximum
Hour Commitment	I&R Volunteers typically volunteer 3 hours per week, must be able to commit to a weekly shift with consistent day and time
Skills Required	Volunteers must be reliable. Good phone skills are required, computer knowledge also necessary, and customer service skills are very helpful.
